At Thevividroom, we
want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we will be glad
to do so. Refunds and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn,
altered or washed, with all tags attached within 20 days of when the items were
shipped.
All items returned are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective
product,
you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a
return.
If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our
discretion.
Clearance Items
All merchandise reduced in price are eligible for exchanges or store credit
only, no
refunds. For clearance items, you must contact us within 5 business days of
when you
received the item.
Shoes and Boots
Items must
be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. Do
not put tape or labels directly onto the shoebox. Items returned with tape or
shipping labels on the box are subject to a $15 restocking fee. When trying
shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.
Thevividroom is not at all in any way responsible for shoes that have been worn
& then broken by the customer. We do not guarantee the life of any pair of
shoes. Heels, foam sandals, straps, buckles, etc can break due to customer use.
If you feel the shoe was broken, damaged, or grossly misinterpreted, please contact
us within 20 days for return or exchange.
Accessories
All accessories will be sold as a final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
How to Send Back Your Return
Please download return form from the link below. All returns and exchanges must
be
accompanied with a Return Form that has been completely filled out. All tags
must still
be attached to merchandise. Thevividroom does not cover the cost of the return
shipping.
Items should be well packaged and we recommend using a traceable method such as
UPS or FedEx for your return shipment. We are not responsible for any lost
shipment.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return.
